Going through such a painfully difficult time, you need someone who listens, understands and takes away the stress, the anxiety and helps through the trauma that you are going through. Carmelina did all that and much more, putting me at ease and guiding me through everything. Honest and plain speaking she helped me with everything I asked for, she went above and beyond.
