We can make the necessary appointments so you are not burdened with it all, after all that's what we are here for, and no, we won't charge you for the extra bits we do, it's all part of our care and promise to you. 

If you can't get to us, we will come to you, in Shipley, Bradford, Keighley, Ilkley, Skipton, Leeds, Halifax,and West Yorkshire area at no extra charge, you've enough to deal with after all. 

We will meet with you and slowly go through everything at a nice and steady pace, and our aim is to take the burden and worry from you. It's important to us that you feel at peace knowing that every single detail has been dealt with. Our experienced celebrant can offer inspiration where necessary to put together a personal and individual service whether it is a none religious, or partly religious service, she will help you create a ceremony that celebrates the life of your loved one, as well as providing an opportunity for loved ones to say goodbye in a way that is meaningful for you. 

 

Your well being is our priority and we want you to feel that you can turn to us in comfort, we will never abandon you. Even after the funeral we will be there for you until you no longer need us.

How will I cope? 

You will cope, sadly we can't take away your grief, we really wish we could, but what we can do is give your loved one the best send off, ensuring that your final goodbye is peaceful. 

We will listen to you, make suggestions, but the final decisions rest with you, we won't do anything you don't want us too, you will be fully in control of everything, details, costs etc. Everything. 

Our aim is to support you, guide you and most importantly be there for you at the same time as keeping the costs low and never cutting back on quality. 

What's the Catch?

Basically it's that simple, there is no catch. No hidden costs, the only extra cost you are likely to pay is for the out of hours call out fee, if your loved one passes away during office hours then there is no charge for bringing them into our care. 

We don't charge for coming to your home to arrange a funeral, we even give you complimentary booklets which you can sometimes pay up to £2.50 a booklet, please check the'Our Prices'page for all details. 

Funeral Tea, Newspaper, Funeral Announcements and Floral Tribute are not included in our prices, these would have to be purchased as extra, you can either arrange these yourself, or, we can arrange these for you, but it's important you know that for doing this we will NOT charge you commission,. funerals are expensive enough these days, yes we are a business, and no, we don't need to take advantage of you at your most vulnerable time. 

You can contact us whenever you like for advice on any of the aspects of our funeral services. We are always available for an informal chat and advice. We can help you choose and customize a funeral and we understand that it can take time to make decisions so we will not pressure you.
